Charlap Hyman & Herrero completed a full-scale renovation to the lobby of Bernard Tschumi's 2007 BLUE Residential Tower. With subtle references to French interiors of the 1970s, CHH gave the heart of this Lower East Side landmark a warm palate that juxtaposed organic and industrial materials. The crisp space is a tranquil transition between the bustling street outside and the light, modern residences above.
