Charlap Hyman & Herrero performed a thorough renovation of a 19th century barn on one of the oldest estates in Bedford, NY. The formerly rustic space was reconfigured to contain an office, guest room, kitchen, bathroom and entertaining area. Clad simply in plaster and pine planks, the contemporary interiors link with the history of the structure and the property.
